Study On The Standardization Of Environmental Administrative Interview System In China

In recent years,as an innovative way of environmental administration,environmental administration interviews have been very effective in managing regional environmental problems.Its non-mandatory features and flexible law enforcement methods meet the needs of the current service-oriented government in China.Since the theoretical research on environmental administration interviews in China's administrative law circles is still in the initial stage,there is no clear and unified legal definition of the concept and nature of environmental administration interviews.Therefore,the author will analyze the theories of environmental administrative interviews,including connotation,legal attributes,and system value,and analyze the problems existing in the system in combination with practice.Finally,we will explore China's environment in terms of system philosophy,system content and procedures,and supporting systems.The improvement of the administrative interview system.The first chapter of this article makes a basic review of the environmental administrative interview system,which mainly elaborates the basic knowledge of the environmental administrative interview concepts,subjects,legal procedures and other content elements,and analyzes the motivation of the system.Unfold and prepare.The second chapter of this article analyzes the legal nature and institutional value of our country's environmental administration interviews.Based on the existing research results of the academia and the characteristics of environmental administration interviews in environmental law enforcement,we make our own understanding of its legal nature.The third chapter is based on the content of the first two chapters and the development status of environmental administrative interviews,and puts forward the problems existing in the practice of the environmental administrative interview system in the legislative level,implementation procedures and supervision process in our country.Finally,according to the problems and deficiencies in China's environmental administration interview system,I put forward my own conception of standardizing China's environmental administration system.
