Research On Environmental Administrative Interviews Of Our Country

In recent years,administrative interview as a new way of administrative enforcement of law is increasingly favored by local governments.Its application in the process of environmental law enforcement is the most frequent,environmental administrative law enforcement interview as a innovative mode of environmental administration,it has quite effective in the governance of regional environmental problems.The characteristics of the non power of administrative law enforcement and flexible law enforcement meet the needs of the construction of service oriented government.This article first chapter theoretically first introduces the concept and nature of the interview to environmental administration,analyzes the difference between the environmental administrative questioning and administrative guidance,and finally introduces the types and function of environment administrative interview practice in our country.In this paper,the second chapter to the practice of our country environment administration interview situation on research and analysis of the environmental administrative legislation,practice patterns and practice effect of questioning is the key research content of this chapter.In this paper,the third chapter is on the combination of the first two chapters content,put forward in the practice of our country environment administration questioning at the legislative level,implementation procedures,problems existing in the supervision process,as this paper countermeasures put forward for the perfection of environmental administrative appointment.Finally,the fourth chapter of this article is mainly on combining the characteristics of administrative questioning in the process of China's environmental law enforcement to make his own understanding to its legal nature,based on the problems existing in the course of our country environment administration questioning and deficiencies,and put forward suggestions and counter measures for our country environment administration questioning perfect.
