| At present,China is in the initial stage of development of the carbon emission trading talent training market,and there are still some deficiencies in the existing training,such as the number of trainees and the scope of influence,which are still far behind the number of enterprises and personnel actually participating in the carbon emission trading market in the future.The main performance is that the current teaching and training personnel are mainly concentrated in the carbon emission trading market In cities,the training courses in other third and fourth tier cities with carbon emission trading training needs are almost blank.Therefore,it is not difficult to find that the capacity-building coverage of China’s carbon emission trading market is narrow,and there are few channels for trainees to acquire skills.Therefore,whether at the national level or at the local government level,we need to pay enough attention to the carbon emissions trading training,which can form a unified standard for design and implementation.According to the differences of different carbon emissions trading levels and the characteristics of different industries,we need to develop a differentiated training course for the needs of composite training objects.It is found that the design and implementation of the existing carbon emissions trading training course system is relatively complex,involving enterprises,employees,government departments,exchanges and other main bodies,which requires all parties to attach importance to the establishment of a carbon emissions training system covering four cornerstones of capacity-building,training materials,online examination system and talent management mechanism Transaction training system.Only by strengthening the training foundation of carbon emission trading talents can we establish a sound cycle and healthy development of carbon emission trading market.This study uses the learning spillover theory,focusing on how to eliminate learning spillover barriers and improve the training effect of carbon emission trading talents in our province,which is the first application of learning spillover theory in the carbon emission trading industry.Through this study,it will help the competent departments and training institutions to find out the problem of talent training in thecarbon emission market of Hubei Province,optimize the mode and content of carbon emission talent training in Hubei Province,build channels and channels for knowledge spillover effect,so that the trainees can help other employees understand,be familiar with,learn and possess the professional knowledge and skills of carbon emission after training,and then promote the whole The organization’s carbon emission capacity has been improved. |
