Chemiluminescence?CL?is a phenomenon of light radiation during some chemical reactions.Which is that the optical energy transformed from chemical energy and released in the form of photons during the special chemical reactions.In contrast to other optical methods,CL does not require an external excitation light source and possesses a great deal of appealing features,such as high sensitivity,wide linear range,simple instrument operation and so on.According to the length of luminescence time,the CL reactions can be divided into flash-type system and glow-type system.At present,most of the CL systems behave flash-type light emission,which limits their wide application to a certain extent in some fields such as biological imaging and cold light sources.Therefore,exploring intensive and long-lasting CL system is of great significance for boosting the application of CL.In order to establish intensive and long-lasting CL system,I did some work that mainly focused on the research of isoluminol CL reaction and peroxyoxalate CL reaction.Main studies are as follows:?1?An intensive and long-lasting CL hydrogels Co2+/isoluminol/SA were prepared in situ.The sodium alginate?SA?can cross-link with Ca2+to form calcium alginate hydrogels.In this work,we chose Ca CO3 as the source of calcium ions.When the D-glucono-?-lactone?GDL?hydrolysed slowly,p H would decrease.The calcium ions were tardily released from Ca CO3 and SA crosslinked with calcium ions slowly to form homogeneous hydrogels.During the preparation process,the chemiluminescent reagent isoluminol and catalyst Co2+were added into the system.Finally,a porous and uniform CL hydrogel was obtained.When H2O2was added into the gels,the CL hydrogels would emit blue light even visible to naked eyes and the light emission could last for over 10 h.Also,the as-prepared CL hydrogels had a good response capacity to H2O2.The detection limit of H2O2 was calculated to be 5.7×10-6 M.The hydrogels had stable properties and were of great application prospects in many fields such as cold light sources,biological imaging and so on.?2?Peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence?POCL?system is a well-known long-life and intensive CL system.Compared to other CL systems,the POCL system not only possesses high efficiency,great intensity,long lifespan,but also can tune the CL color readily to fulfill the special needs through selecting different fluorescent agents.Now,the POCL system is generally carried out in one or multiple organic solvents,because the CL efficiency will decrease significantly when water exists due to the hydrolysis of peroxalate.In this work,we obtained a mixture of special components by mixing first and then centrifuging.The upper layer of the mixture was oil phase,and the lower layer was water phase.Then,some bis?2,4,6-trichlorophenyl?oxalate?TCPO?was added to above mixture,the surface of oleophilic TCPO adsorbed an oil film when passing through the oil phase.The main component of the oil film was dibutyl phthalate?DBP?and eventually an internal hydrophobic reactor was formed at the bottom.The oil film eliminated the water-induced quenching and prolonged the CL lifetime due to the slow-diffusion-controlled impact.The light emission could last more than 30 days.What's more,this model was suitable not only for water-soluble fluorescent dyes such as rhodamine B?Rh B?,but also for water-insoluble fluorescent dyes,such as rubrene and 9,10-diphenylanthracene.This work is of great significance to the development of multi-color cold light sources and the application of POCL in detection field.
