In the field of health care,a kind of dressing with high liquid absorption,high air permeability,good mechanical property,excellent antibacterial property and good safety will have certain research significance and market value.This topic combines electrospinning technology and inclusion technology,adding garlic oil-beta cyclodextrin inclusion compound into polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan system to prepare antibacterial chitosan based nanofiber membrane.Using optimized spinning solution with mixture ratio to spin on the foam,then the antibacterial chitosan based nanofiber/foam compound dressing is prepared.The specific research contents are as follows:in this paper,PVA and CS are used as spinning raw materials,the spinning parameters are adjusted as below:advance speed is 2.5?L/min,spinning voltage is 20k V,receiving distance is 20cm,drum speed is 140r/min for spinning,and 15%PVA and 3%CS solution is the best by morphology test.Taking the inclusion temperature,inclusion time and inclusion mass ratio as the factors,the morphology of inclusion compound was measured by factor level table:The inclusion temperature was 60?,the inclusion time was 2h,and the mass ratio of garlic oil to cyclodextrin was 1:10.The PVA/CS/IC nanofiber membrane was prepared by adding inclusion complex powder 0.7g,1.2g and 1.6g into PVA/CS mixed solution respectively.The morphology,EDS,FTIR,XRD,WTA,Tg,DSC,antibacterial properties and slow release properties of the nonwoven material were studied.Then the nano fibrous nanofibers were spun onto foam dressings to prepare chitosan based nanofiber/foam compound dressings,and the appearance,porosity,air permeability,liquid absorption,moisture retention and breaking tensile properties were studied.The results show that:?1?With the increase of IC content,the aggregation phenomenon is obvious,the concentration of spinning solution increases,and the spinning process is affected,which affects the fiber forming.The results show that when 1.2g of IC inclusion compound is added,the forming effect is better.?2?In the characterization of EDS,FTIR,XRD,WTA,TG and DSC,it can be proved that the active components of the inclusion compound IC were successfully loaded into the nanofiber membrane.In the bacteriostatic test,with the extension of time,the reproduction of S.A was obviously active,and the color of bacterial clusters in the culture dish deepened.3,4 and 5 test circles correspond to the increase of IC composition,showing that the bacteriostatic circle around the sample is gradually increasing,and the width of the bacteriostatic circle around the sample 5 is about6-8mm at 24h.For the garlic oil solution with the concentration of 100?g.ml-1,50?g.ml-1,25?g.ml-1and 12.5?g.ml-1,the standard fitting curve is obtained by combining the absorbance and concentration at 290nm.It can be seen from the sustained-release chart that the release rate also increased with the increase of inclusion compound.At 48h,the final cumulative release of PVA/CS nanofiber membrane carrying garlic oil reached 53.70%,60.3%and 62.9%respectively.?3?In the composite test,the electron microscope and the analysis software show that the pore size of the foam applicator is mostly distributed at 130-180?m,and the CS/PVA/IC fiber based composite foam can hardly see large pores,and the diameter of the holes decreases obviously.The porosity of CS/PVA/IC fiber based foam compound applicator was better than that of foam applicator,which was higher than89%.The average permeability value decreased by about 44%compared with the foam applicator.The suction volume is 17.91 higher than that of the foam applicator16.86 by 6.22%.Similarly,the moisture content increased from 3.26 to 5.29,is higher about 62.07%.The mechanical properties of PVA/CS/IC nanofiber foam composite applicator increased with 4.6 N relative to the performance of the foam applicator.The elongation at break and elongation at break increased significantly.The elongation at break increased by about 15.253mm and the elongation at break increased by about 11.3%.
