| In recent years,China’s rapid economic development,but the haze pollution caused by the rapid economic development has a serious negative impact on people’s production and life.Although China continues to strengthen environmental regulation against the problem of haze pollution,the effect of haze pollution control is still far from the expectation of the masses.This paper selects 30 provinces in China to analyze the network structure characteristics and network effects of spatial correlation of haze pollution under the background of environmental regulation.First of all,based on the literature review,this paper determines the measurement indicators of haze pollution degree and environmental regulation intensity,and analyzes the current situation of haze pollution and environmental regulation.The results show that:at the national level,the total investment in environmental pollution control is increasing,the intensity of environmental regulation is increasing,and the level of haze pollution has the characteristics of gradually rising first and then becoming stable;at the provincial level,at the same time point,the annual average concentration of PM2.5.5 in each province is significantly different from the intensity of environmental regulation.In addition,the spatial pattern of the intensity of provincial environmental regulation and the degree of haze pollution is analyzed by using the method of spatial exploratory data analysis.The results show that:(1)the intensity of China’s environmental regulation is characterized by high value concentration in the northwest,while low value concentration in other regions,and the level of environmental regulation gradually shows the characteristics of diffusion from the west to the north and the middle;(2)there is a positive spatial correlation in the degree of haze pollution as a whole;(3)China’s high concentration haze pollution areas and low concentration haze pollution areas show the characteristics of high concentration haze pollution and low concentration haze pollution From the north to the south,from the west to the East,the haze pollution gradually spread to the central and eastern areas,and the economic level of the areas with serious haze pollution is also high.Then,by using social network analysis and QAP regression analysis,the paper studies the network structure characteristics of spatial correlation of provincial haze pollution from the perspective of environmental regulation.The results show that:(1)The network form of haze pollution spatial correlation network has strong stability since 2008;(2)Guangdong,Henan,Shandong,Jiangsu and Hebei provinces have strong haze acceptance,and these provinces are all affected by the strong haze pollution from other provinces;Hubei,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Sichuan and Hebei,these provinces play a"bridge"and"intermediary"in the haze pollution spatial correlation;network Shandong and Jiangsu have strong connections with other provinces in haze pollution and have a strong indirect influence;(3)The 30 provinces selected are divided into four sections.Among them,the geographical location of the fourth plate is remote,the internal provinces have strong supply capacity,and their own haze pollution is small.Due to the proximity of the geographical location,there is a strong spillover effect on the haze pollution of the first and second plates,indicating that there is a strong"interaction"of haze pollution among 30 provinces in China;(4)The difference network composed of geographical location,tail gas emission,dust emission,population and environmental regulation has a positive driving effect on the formation of inter provincial haze pollution spatial correlation network structure.The difference network composed of energy structure has a negative driving effect on the formation of inter provincial haze pollution spatial correlation network structure,and the differences in energy consumption do not increase the linkage between provincial haze pollution.Finally,the panel data model is used to analyze the network effect of the provincial spatial correlation network of haze pollution.The results show that:(1)The decrease of network density,network level and network efficiency,and the increase of inter provincial environmental regulation intensity can significantly reduce the difference of haze pollution intensity in each province,and the network structure of reducing the spatial correlation of haze pollution is an important factor for the decrease of haze pollution intensity among each province;(2)In the spatial correlation network of haze pollution,the point centrality,intermediary centrality,proximity centrality and environmental regulation intensity of each province can effectively reduce the intensity of haze pollution.The paper has a total of 17 figures,8 tables,and 82 references. |
