Research On The Coupling Development Of Carbon Finance And Low-carbon Agriculture In Sichuan Province

With the rapid development of China's economy,the ecological and environmental problems caused by the excessive consumption of energy are prominent,and the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection is becoming more and more prominent.As a large province in southwest China,Sichuan province is rich in energy resources.The construction of Sichuan carbon trading market promotes the development of carbon finance in Sichuan province.At the same time,Sichuan province is the main grain production area in China,and the only major producing area in southwest and northwest China.With the development of Sichuan's agricultural economy,agricultural carbon emissions are also increasing slowly.Therefore,the application of low-carbon economy in agriculture is an inevitable choice to realize the low-carbon development of agriculture in Sichuan province and the development of modern agriculture in the future.Based on this problem,this paper studies the coupling development relationship between carbon finance and low-carbon agriculture in Sichuan province,and finds out the internal laws existing in the development process of carbon finance and low-carbon agriculture,which is of great significance to realize the coordinated development of the two.This paper studies the coupling development relationship between carbon finance and lowcarbon agriculture in Sichuan province by using the coupling coordination model.Firstly,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper are summarized by combing relevant domestic and foreign literature,and the interaction mechanism between carbon finance and low-carbon agriculture is expounded to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,the development status of carbon finance and low-carbon agriculture in Sichuan province is analyzed.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of the carbon finance subsystem and the low-carbon agriculture subsystem of Sichuan province was constructed respectively.Based on the panel data of Sichuan province from 2009 to 2017,the entropy method was used to determine the index weight,and the comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the comprehensive development evaluation value of the two subsystems.Finally,the coupling degree and coupling degree of carbon finance and low-carbon agricultural composite system are analyzed by using the coupling degree model,and the factors affecting the coupling degree are analyzed based on the model.The research shows that the comprehensive development level of the carbon finance subsystem and the low-carbon agriculture subsystem in Sichuan province from 2009 to 2017 is generally on the rise,and there is no significant difference in the growth trend between the two.The coupling coordination degree is in slight maladjustment and gradually overgoes to the verge of maladjustment.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to promote the coupling development of carbon finance and low-carbon agriculture in Sichuan province.
