| Safety management plays an important role in construction project management.As one of the largest real estate development enterprises in China,China Resources Land Co.,Ltd.has engaged Tsinghua University Security Research Center to provide security consulting services since 2010.After years of safety inspection,"China Resources Land Safety Evaluation System" has been formed and gradually improved.Based on this evaluation system,China Resources Land Co.,Ltd.realized its own safety management problems at various management levels and made corresponding improvements.For the construction site which is most prone to safety accidents,China Resources Land Co.,Ltd.also pays more attention to how to take management actions from its own point of view in order to effectively reduce and avoid the occurrence of site safety accidents and improve the safety management performance of construction site.This thesis focuses on the research of safety management performance of construction project construction site.The project safety management performance is regarded as a system of mutual participation and interaction among construction units,supervision units and construction units.Based on the "China Resources Land Safety Evaluation System",combined with literature review and standard norms,the safety management behavior index system and safety management performance index system of construction units,supervision units and construction units which are closely related to the safety management performance of construction site are selected and extracted.Through data collection and analysis,expert interviews and theoretical logic deduction,the causal relationship between the indicators is determined,and the system dynamics model of safety management performance of construction projects is constructed.The index weight parameters,equation parameters and basic parameters of the system dynamics model are estimated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),data fitting method and reasonable assumption method.Dimensional consistency test and extreme condition test are used to verify the objective rationality of the model.Using single factor intervention simulation,the influence degree of construction unit pressure,influence factors of construction unit on supervision unit,and various management behaviors of construction unit itself such as dangerous sub-project management,supervision and inspection,safety education and propaganda,safety civilized fee management on safety management performance of construction project is estimated.Thus the thesis provides reference suggestions for the management measures to improve the safety management performance of construction projects.Based on the relationship between the safety management behavior of construction unit,supervision unit and construction unit and the safety management performance of construction site,this thesis puts forward a system dynamic model method to study the safety management performance of construction project site,which has a strong reference significance for real estate enterprises to improve the safety management performance of construction project. |
