Research And Application Of Continuous Casting Segment Assembly Process And Quality Control

As China's economic development has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,the state advocates green manufacturing,energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection that meet the requirements of sustainable development.Continuous casting equipment manufacturing with refinement as the guiding ideology is to continuously improve the quality of continuous casting billet,achieve sustainable development and protect the environment,which is the future direction of technical development of continuous casting equipment,and also the main goal of innovation and development of China's current continuous casting equipment technology in line with the reality.Continuous casting machine is widely used in the production of modern iron and steel enterprises,and the sector segment is one of its key equipment.Especially,the opening degree of segment assembly has a great influence on the production quality,reliability and safety of billet.In this paper,the fan section of no.4 slab caster in tianjin steel plant is taken as the research object.The refined assembly process and manufacturing technical difficulties of the fan section are mainly studied.This paper introduces the main structure and composition of the sector,analyzes the process of the sector structure,and formulates the process diagram of the sector assembly system.In order to ensure the fan-shaped section of the roller surface curve and is size requirements,control the fan assembly quality,in view of the fan-shaped section size is not good to ensure the problem in the process of assembly,assembly information modeling,the tolerance distribution calculation,assembly dimension chain,the analysis of the effect of each component tolerances for the target,given the main component manufacturing tolerance,and verifying the rationality of the given tolerance,the process and take appropriate measures,ensure the assembly precision.To ensure the quality of fan-shaped segment roller surface curve and improve the efficiency of assembly,on the basis of comparing to traditional arc process,the adjustable arc process of fan-shaped segment was improved,put forward a new arc process equipment,reducing the traditional method of middle adjustable arc in the process of the measuring datum,the problem of large cumulative error,the improved method of adjustable arc measurement datum from 2 benchmark is reduced to 1,will be used to the middle of time from the traditional method of arc reduced to 2 days,five days in the guarantee on the quality of the arc at the same time,improve the production efficiency.
