Analysis And Control Of Human Error In Financial Information Production Under The Condition Of Sharing

In recent years,in order to build large-scale international enterprises,to achieve the "go out" overseas development strategy,Chinese enterprises have to switch to a new financial management structure: Financial sharing mode.This mode can be used to reduce financial processing costs,to process advantages for subsequent large data analysis,and to improve system Consolidate and optimize resource allocation.However,there are some problems in the new Man-machine interaction work environment.Especially when the machine is more intelligent,the machine error rate will be extremely lower,and the operation error brought by people will directly lead to accounting errors.Hence,the accounting information will be distortion and unreliable in that case,and eventually all of this human errors will affect the later financial staff to make analysis and decision-making.Therefore,it is necessary for the financial sharing mode,which in the highly human-machine work environment,to pay much more attention in the human errors and to summary the latent failure mode.According to these general external performance failure mode traced,cream retrospective analysis method can be used to the root cause of error and put forward a control strategy.This paper takes SL financial Sharing Center as a case to select four different information collection business scenarios: File department,Asset,receivable,manual cost re posting business,and direct distribution customer collection business.By using field surveys and interviews to investigate the types of human error in each specific flowchart,,the CREAM retrospective analysis method can be used to reverse the causes of these failures through causal trace ability.Finally,through causal chain analysis and data statistics to discover the root and puts forward the management and control strategy.
