Research On Integrated VOCs Control For Typical Emission In Petrochemical Enterprises Of USA

In recent years,air pollution in China has been aggravated,and haze weather is increasing,which seriously affects the public's health and daily life.The main substance of haze is PM_2.5,and VOC is the precursor of PM_2.5,so it is very important to control it.The organic matter contained in the VOCs of petrochemical enterprises is complex and changeable,and it is very harmful to health.However,the management and control of VOCs in China's petrochemical enterprises is in the beginning stage,and the end treatment is paid more attention to,and the experience is lack for the source and process control.Based on Best Actable Control Technology,Max Available Control Technology,Reasonable Available Control Technology of USA and current situation of VOCs management and control in China's petrochemical enterprises,this paper proposes to deal with the whole process control of petrochemical enterprises.From the source control through process control to the end control,the improvement measures are put forward for the fugitive emission and organized emission of liquid storage and loading,the emission of waste water collection and treatment.Through the analysis of the source of pollution,the source of the pollution is determined.For equipment seals,welding,LDAR and routine checking are necessary.For organic liquid storage,controlling material properties,choosing tank in term of different conditions,routine checking,carbon absorption,burning,thermal oxidation,condensation and oil vapor recovery are recommended.For organic liquid loading,changing loading,controlling temperature and real pressure of material,choosing tanker or tank truck and other end treatment as same as organic liquid storage are improved.For wastewater collection and treatment,reducing wastewater,closed collection,stripping and other end treatment as same as organic liquid storage are proposed.The supervision of the enterprises is strengthened,thus the whole process control system of the petrochemical enterprises is established,and the constructive suggestions for the VOCs management of the stone enterprises are put forward.
