Circulating cooling water system is an important part of the petrochemical industry,power plants and other production process and the system plays an important role in maintaining the stable operation of the enterprise.However,during the operation of the device,due to the existence of dissolved oxygen in circulating cooling water,leakage of some heat exchange media,growth of bacteria and algae,and concentration of salt in the process of water quality circulation,etc.it usually causes problems such as corrosion and scaling of heat exchange equipment.Through the surface coating and other technical treatment,make the material as a protective layer coated on the metal surface,can play a shielding,passivation and electrochemical protection,giving the metal good corrosion resistance and wear resistance,effective protection of heat transfer equipment to prevent metal corrosion occurs,extending its useful life.Therefore,the application of anticorrosive coatings on metal surfaces is of great significance to the study of metal corrosion and protection.This paper studies a new anti-corrosion coating.The effect of adding nanomaterials on the physical properties of coatings and the protective effect of different coatings on the corrosion of metals were investigated.The mechanism of anti-corrosion of coatings was also studied.Firstly,graphene Oxide?GO?was prepared by modified Hummers method.The dispersant was used to disperse and modify nano-SiO2 and nano-ZnO.And the modified nano-materials and graphene oxide composite,prepared nano SiO2-GO and nano ZnO-GO.Characterize the prepared GO,nano SiO2-GO and nano ZnO-GO composites.The nanocomposites were added to epoxy resin?EP?by mechanical agitation and ultrasonic dispersion.The physical properties and corrosion resistance of EP composite coatings with different mass fractions of GO,nano-SiO2,nano-SiO2-GO and nano-ZnO and GO nano-ZnO-GO were tested.And 15 days immersion test to explore the anti-corrosion coating mechanism.The experimental results show that:?1?Compared with the pure epoxy coating,the hardness,adhesion and corrosion resistance of GO/EP,SiO2/EP,nano SiO2-GO/EP and nano-ZnO/EP and nano ZnO-GO/EP composite coatings were significantly enhanced.?2?Among them,the hardness of the coating with 2wt%nano-SiO2-GO/EP composite reached 5H,the adhesion grade reached level 1,and the coating protection efficiency was99.33%after immersing for 24 hours.The hardness of the coating with 1wt%nano ZnO-GO/EP composite reached 5H,the adhesion grade reached level 1,and the coating protection efficiency was 98.54%after immersing for 24 hours.?3?The 15-day immersion test results showed that the protective efficiency of adding1.5wt%nano-SiO2-GO/EP composite coating can still reach 97.12%after soaking for 24h,7d and 15d;adding 1wt%nano-ZnO-GO/EP composite coating The layer protection efficiency can still reach 92.79%.Under the same soaking time,the 1.5 wt%nano-SiO2-GO/EP composite coating and the epoxy composite coating added with 1 wt%nano-ZnO-GO have higher corrosion resistance than other coatings.
