With the development of the offshore oil industry,the risk of failure of submarine pipelines has also increased.Once a submarine oil pipeline leaks,it will not only affect oil and gas production,bring economic losses,but also cause pollution of the marine environment and cause ecological disasters.The method of pumping negative pressure to control the leakage pipeline can reduce the further leakage of crude oil and has good environmental and economic benefits.This paper mainly uses the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to carry out relevant research on the pressure-control technology of the submarine pipeline leakage.According to the actual operation of the submarine pipeline in Hangzhou Bay,a measure of negative pressure pumping is proposed at the offshore end of the subsea pipeline.The device scheme realizes the purpose of emergencyly starting the suction negative pressure device to control the continuous leakage of crude oil after a leakage accident occurs in the pipeline.The main research results include of conducting related research on the submarine pipeline leakage negative pressure-control scheme.Based on the establishment of the leakage negative pressure-control system,the hydraulic & type selection calculations and the pump installation elevation was completed on the negative pressure control system.The relationship between the flowing,the location of the leak,the viscosity of the crude oil,and so on,was deduced;a mathematical model of the leak pumping process was established and the line of merit method was used to solve the problem,and a comparative evaluation of pump operating efficiency under different operating conditions was performed.The oil control effect verifies the feasibility of the negative pressure scheme.The volume of leakage was estimated by deriving the pressure relief function and the leak pumping time during the development of the leak.The mathematical model of the leak oil spill is established and the pressure is relieved through UDF programming.The function was imported into FLUENT software to simulate and reproduce the leakage development and leakage control process.On this basis,the in-pipe flow and leakage diffusion characteristics under different operating conditions were further analyzed and studied.Based on combination of pipe mechanics theoretical calculations and AUTOPIPE software calculations provides stress accounting for the system's negative pressure resistance and reliability.Finally,related engineering design proposals for research.
