Since 2014,the international oil prices continued to decline,the domestic oil companies face various kinds of complex challenges,such as narrow-profit margins,arduous-increasing storage and production tasks,and rising costs.The decision-making oriented to benefit-oriented is taking shape,focusing on the quality of development,combining the production and operation status of oil and gas fields,analyzing the input-output efficiency with the development block as the basic unit,can provide decision-making assistance for incremental investment optimization and stock investment.Achieving the input and output efficiency evaluation of the block is the starting point and the foothold of the production and management.However,due to the high viscosity,poor mobility and other special properties of viscous oil,most of the domestic oil field use mixed oil production,heavy oil block crude oil production,oil properties are difficult to determine,and thus cannot determine its sales,also leading to block-based input-output analysis are difficult to carry out.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a suitable mode for heavy oil doping production under the block input-output efficiency evaluation.Based on the research on the input-output benefit evaluation method of oil and gas field development block,this paper carries out the demand analysis,design and implementation process of the information system of the block input-output benefit evaluation based on data integration.The system uses visual studio 2013 as the development platform,ASP.NET and C # as the development language,ORACLE as the database,to achieve the data integration,the corresponding relationship set,sales and tax calculation,the difference between the reverse distribution,evaluation results output,Custom reports and other functions.The system design is reasonable,the function is comprehensive,the user interface is friendly,and the expected goal is achieved.It provides scientific and reliable management tools for oil and gas field enterprises to develop the input-output efficiency evaluation of the blocks and improve the management level.
