Study On Block Benefit Evaluation Of XJ Oilfield Company

With the continuous advancement of society,there are greater demands for energy,and the pressure on the environment is also gradually increasing.Although we are now vigorously developing energy sources other than oil,oil is still the most important energy source at present.China is a country with a large population,and it is bound to be a big country which highly demands energy.The oil resources of oil fields such as Daqing and Shengli are declining,so China has promoted oil exploration and development to the oil-rich northwestern region and Inner Mongolia.Due to the rich underground petroleum resources in Xinjiang,it has become an ideal place for oil development.Therefore,the rational and efficient exploitation of Xinjiang's petroleum resources has become an important task for XJ Petroleum.As the XJ oilfield has entered the middle and late stages of development,the water injection oilfield has entered the “double high” stage of high water cut and high recovery,and the heavy oil thermal recovery has also entered the high round of throughput.The hard cost growth is difficult to contain,plus since the second half of the year 2014,international oil prices have continued to be sluggish,which has made oil companies difficult to produce and operate.At present,XJ oilfield faces a series of problems such as resource inferiority,increasing declining rate,rising water content,low daily production per well,and rising costs.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the management mode and management level of oilfields and establish an evaluation system for oilfield block benefits.The authenticity of the results of economic benefit evaluation will have a strong decision support role for the continuous mining and strategic selection of the oilfield.This paper first introduces the reservoir management and block evaluation benefit concept,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of XJ oilfield cost control,and enumerates a series of problems in cost control,and proposes XJ oilfield the contents and methods of the company's block benefit evaluation research for these problems.The second chapter of this paper introduces the relevant theories of block economic benefit evaluation,and provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent chapters of this paper.The third chapter of this paper makes a profound analysis of the current situation of XJ oilfield.It mainly analyzes the performance evaluation of XJ oilfield and the operation status of related systems.Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper draws the problems of XJ oilfield benefit evaluation,and These issues have been objectively and rationally elaborated.At the end of this chapter,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the XJ oilfield construction block evaluation system,and believes that XJ oilfield is now fully equipped to carry out the evaluation of block benefit.The fourth chapter of this paper designs the block benefit evaluation system of XJ Oilfield Company,including the design purpose and principle,the design of benefit evaluation index system,and solves the current problems such as low output and rising cost of XJ Oilfield Company through the block benefit evaluation system design.The fifth chapter of this paper applies the block benefit evaluation system to the actual work of XJ oilfield,and analyzes the results.It is considered that the block benefit evaluation system is suitable for the actual situation of XJ oilfield.The sixth chapter of this paper focuses on the implementation of the safeguard measures for the benefit evaluation plan of XJ oilfield block.It has done corresponding work from the organization of the company to the platform and then to the personnel training mechanism,which makes the block benefit evaluation system of XJ Oilfield Company can play a bigger role.
