Research On B2B E-commerce Financial Model Of BX Company Fast Moving Consumer Goods

In recent years,B2 B e-commerce platform for fast-moving consumer goods has achieved rapid development.At the same time,the embedment of third-party payment enterprises in the B2 B e-commerce market of FMCG,providing corresponding payment and financing services,has also further promoted the development of B2 B e-commerce market of FMCG.However,there are also some problems and risks in the B2 B e-commerce financial model of FMCG.Therefore,on the basis of relevant theories and literature review,this paper takes the B2 B e-commerce financial model of FMCG established by BX Company as an example to analyze the financial needs,financial models,profitability issues,risk control issues,etc.of the B2 B e-commerce model of FMCG in order to build a financial model suitable for B2 B e-commerce platform of FMCG and bring more benefits to third-party financial institutions.This study found that:Firstly,this paper analyzes the financial demand of B2 B e-commerce platform of FMCG,and points out that the fund settlement mode of FMCG B2 B e-commerce platform includes online settlement and offline settlement.The demand for payment and settlement is reflected in the demand of users for funds and fund safety,the demand of payment amount for timely access to funds and the demand of "three-in-one",and the demand of settlement mode for real-time settlement,guaranteed settlement,automatic settlement and manual settlement mode.The demand of payment mode for transaction fees and value-added service fees,as well as the demand of payment terminals for mobile phone clients,web page clients and IVR clients,while the financing demand is expressed as the demand of upstream and downstream enterprises for funds,but there are also difficulties in service import such as financing risks,fund restrictions,financing time restrictions,etc.Secondly,this paper analyzes the financial model of BX company's fast moving consumer goods B2 B e-commerce platform.it believes that under the premise of regulatory compliance,B2 B e-commerce financial model includes "online closed loop" model,"data finance" model and "linkage of foreign exchange and loan" model,while online payment and settlement model should be the full link of payment,and needs to consider the c-end consumption payment problem,the b-end supply chain payment problem and the platform account system problem.The online financing model should design the online financial framework of the industrial alliance platform,and should consider the C-end consumer finance issues,small and micro finance issues at the small B-end,supply chain finance issues at the large B-end,and risk control issues of online financing.At the same time,the construction of the B2 B e-commerce platform financial model can reduce transaction settlement costs,increase platform transaction flow,and enhance platform brand value.Furthermore,according to the profit analysis of BX company's FMCG financial model,BX company can make profits by providing financial services for FMCG e-commerce platform.Finally,this paper analyzes the risk control of BX company's B2 B e-commerce financial model for fast-moving consumer goods,and points out that the risk control that needs to be paid attention to in the payment service includes fund clearing risk control,anti-money laundering risk control,fraud risk control,refusal to pay risk control,and system risk control.the risk control that needs to be paid attention to in the financing service includes policy risk control,credit risk control,and operational risk control.in addition,BX company can also support and control risks with financial technologies such as big data technology,block chain technology,and intelligent terminal equipment technology.
