In order to explore the new electro-thermal conversion medium of initiating explosive devices,this paper carried out the research on the self-assembly of nano-Al/Bi2O3 with carbon fiber as carrier and the performance of using this material as ignition device.In this paper,The self-assembly composites of CFO/Al/Bi2O3 and GO/Al/Bi2O3 were studied.The main research contents are as follows:?1?The graphene oxide was prepared by the modified Hummers method,and the nano-cerium oxide was prepared by solution method.Then the GO/Al/Bi2O3nanocomposite was prepared by self-assembly method.The oxygen content of GO was about 36%measured by XPS.The results of XRD showed that nano-Bi2O3 is?-Bi2O3with high crystallinity with uniform morphology.The agglomeration between particles was greatly reduced.It is invesitagted that the self-assembly effect of the material is optium when the GO content is 10%.?2?In order to achieve the assembly of carbon fiber and thermite,the carbon fiber was oxidized in three ways to obtain a functionalized oxidized carbon fiber CFO.The surface of the carbon fiber after the 2:1 mixed acid oxidation treatment for 2h contained a large amount of oxygen-containing groups after the 2:1 mixed acid oxidation treatment for 2h.Simultaneously,the fiber structrure did not change while the oxygen content reached 18.1%.The self-assembly process of CFO/Al/Bi2O3 was analyzed and confirmed by Zeta potential and XPS test.It is confirmed that the combination of covalent bond and weak intermolecular force and long-range electrostatic force is the driving force of self-assembly.?3?The experimental results showed the bridgeless electric ignition of CFO/Al/Bi2O3agent was successfully ignited by capacitor discharge under the voltage less than 60V successfully;while we needed to apply instantaneous voltage of up to 2000V on the GO/Al/Bi2O3 and Al/Bi2O3 under the same conditions.When the CFO content was10%,the ignition voltage was 15V;CFO/Al/Bi2O3 flame duration?2.3ms?is longer than CF/Al/Bi2O3?0.9ms?;The ignition mechanism of CFO/Al/Bi2O3 was analyzed by current-voltage curve.Its combustion performance is stronger and more intense.The electrostatic ignition energy is increased from 0.16mJ to 0.25mJ.This paper explores the applications of carbon fiber in the field of nanocomposite energetic materials,and expands the use of nanothermites.
