| The concept of sustainable development has become the consensus of the 21st century,and the concept of“increasing source and reducing expenditure”in energy use is one of the effective measures to achieve sustainable development of energy.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the application field of polyurethane materials,sustainable and environmentally friendly polyurethane materials has become the focus of research and development of quite a few experts and scientific research institutions.Meanwhile,biomass based polyols and biomass polyurethane materials made of renewable resources have received extensive attention from academia and the industry.In this paper,the preparation of polyether polyols based on the liquefaction of agricultural waste straw was studied.The organic polyether polyols were prepared from corn stalk by catalytic solvent thermal liquefaction manner.First of all,with a mixture of polyethylene glycol(PEG200)and glycerin solution as the liquefier,hydroxy ethyl forks phosphoric acid as catalyst,subsequently through steps such as dehydration,filtering material base of birth polyether polyols,determine the reaction temperature,reaction time and liquid-solid ratio of straw powder and liquid rate,the influence of received appropriate liquefaction reaction conditions as follows:temperature 140℃,time of 5h,liquid-solid ratio 4:1,catalyst for3.0%of the total quality of raw materials,straw liquefied rate was 32.5%,the hydroxyl value of 426.2 mgKOH/g,viscosity of 419.1 mPa·s,water content of 0.06%.Some petroleum polyether polyols were displace by straw liquefaction products and was mixed with polyether polyol 4110 to produce rigid polyurethane foam.Under appropriate conditions,the polyurethane rigid foam apparent density of 58.2 kg/m~3,the compression strength of 210.7 kPa,coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.026 W/m·K.These performance with petroleum-based polyether polyurethane rigid foam preparation by performances,indicators meet the rigid polyurethane composite insulation board industry standards(JG/T314-2012)and national standard(GB10800-1989,2008,GBT6343 GBT8813-2009).Finally,for the preparation of the biomass based flame retardant polyether polyol,new technology research on carbon black powder and hydroxy ethyl fork diphosphate flame retardant ingredients to flame retardant modification of liquefied products,composite material base of birth flame retardant polyether polyol,the flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam and prepared,adding amount of flame retardant comprehensive performance has a significant impact on the bubble.Under appropriate conditions,the ultimate oxygen index,apparent density,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the foam reached 32.5%,60.7kg/m~3,0.031w/m·K and 189.3KPa respectively. |
