Polysilicon production is the most important part of the entire PV industry chain.The improved Siemens method is widely used in large polysilicon projects as the most mature polysilicon production process.Based on the objective requirements of photovoltaic enterprises in pursuit of quality,energy saving and consumption reduction,it is imperative to design and transform the core equipment for polysilicon production.In the reduction furnace for extracting high-purity silicon,the voltage and current of the silicon rod and its changing trend are automatically detected,and the voltage and current of the silicon rod are automatically controlled to realize the localization of the power supply system for automatic production of polysilicon.According to the electrical characteristics of silicon,the work of the power system of polysilicon reduction furnace is divided into two stages:high voltage breakdown and medium pressure heating.Continuous control of the output voltage and current of the polysilicon power supply is completed by the thyristor stepless voltage regulation technology.Cut in the main control flow and circuit design angle,clearly restore the principle structure,main equipment,transformation direction,operation standard,control software and other tracks of polysilicon power system,from polysilicon power system structure design,polysilicon power main circuit design,polysilicon The design and modification of the power supply circuit parameter design,polysilicon power supply circuit experiment,polysilicon power supply PCS7 system display and curve analysis realized the power supply system of 24 pairs of rod polysilicon reduction furnace.After practice,the power system of the 24 pairs of rod polysilicon reduction furnace after design and transformation is in good condition.The output of single urnace can reach 7.5 tons,the diameter of silicon rod exceeds 150mm,and the unit energy consumption is less than 60kWh.It meets the production needs of enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and is of great practical significance for promoting the localization of polysilicon production and reduction furnace power system.
