| With the increasing proportion of polysilicon production capacity in China,how to continuously reduce the production cost of polysilicon has gradually become the primary consideration for polysilicon enterprises to survive and develop more sustainably.Based on the online monitoring and management of electrical energy to further upgrade and optimize the polysilicon production process,thereby achieving the goals of energy conservation,consumption reduction,high quality and cheapness,improving these influencing factors will bring an important role for enterprises to improve their overall level.However,the traditional power monitoring commonly uses portable tester to regularly detect the relevant indicators of the power of important lines,and then further carry out relevant work such as summary,statistics and analysis according to the measurement data.The disadvantages of this power monitoring method are poor timeliness,less monitoring indicators,large workload,large measurement error and lack of judgment basis,which greatly limits the optimization of polysiliconproduction process and the realization of energy saving and consumption reduction,and poses severe challenges to the competitiveness of polysilicon production enterprises.Based on the current situation of polysilicon production,this paper provides a reliable basis for real-time monitoring of the power consumption of various links and equipment in polysilicon production,and optimizing polysilicon production process.A set of on-line power monitoring and management information system based on 4G transmission is designed.Through the installation of intelligent detection terminal on the distribution circuit of electric equipment,the real-time collection of 40 index data of three categories of electric energy,electric quantity and electric energy quality of electric equipment can be realized;through the subdivision management of important equipment in each process,the power demand can be reduced,the cost of electricity can be reduced,the management level can be improved through the implementation of benchmarking management,and the power consumption,equipment operation,and The whole process of real-time detection,diagnosis and analysis of production activities,potential safety hazards of electricity,refined management of electric energy,etc.is finally optimized to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. |
