With the development and improvement of China's characteristic socialist market economy,the competition between enterprises is increasingly intensified,and enterprises attach more and more importance to "performance".How to promote the modernization of enterprise management and improve organizational efficiency has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.In recent years,domestic and foreign management thoughts and theories have developed rapidly,and the concept and methods of performance appraisal have been gradually accepted and applied by enterprise managers.However,there are still some problems in the application process.This paper takes the performance management and assessment system of X plant as the research direction.Firstly,by using the literature analysis method,it mainly expounds the relevant theories and assessment methods of performance assessment,laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Through sorting out and summarizing the questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of performance management in the factory.Through analysis and research,the main problems existing in X factory are as follows: first,some employees have insufficient understanding of the assessment and hold a negative attitude;Second,the performance score is not objective enough,there is some subjectivity;Third,the feedback of assessment results is not timely enough;Fourth,the assessment work is too formal;Fifth,can not effectively use the assessment results to guide the work and more;Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the performance management assessment of X plant,and in combination with the actual situation of X plant,the performance management assessment is optimized,and the overall goal of the program formulation,optimization ideas,design principles,assessment content,evaluation process,and the application of evaluation results are put forward.Finally,the guarantee measures of performance appraisal optimization are mainly elaborated from three aspects: system guarantee,enterprise culture guarantee and organization guarantee.Through the research in this paper,Suggestions and Suggestions are put forward for the construction and improvement of the performance management system of X plant,which improves the management level of X plant and provides certain reference and reference for the establishment of the performance management system of other enterprises.
