With the continuous improvement of Chinese transportation system,the proportion of railway transportation in various fields is increasing.As the key equipment to ensure the smooth and unimpeded railway transportation lifeline,the railway rescue crane can deal with the derailment and overturning of railway equipment more conveniently,improve the efficiency of dealing with railway accidents,and is an important guarantee to ensure the smooth railway transportation.At the same time,the railway rescue crane is required to continuously optimize the design to solve the problems of complex terrain,bad weather and super high track.Accurate and stable leveling performance is the guarantee of the stable operation of the railway rescue crane when it passes through the complex terrain and the ultra-high section of the outer rail.In this paper,the NS1606 large-scale railway rescue crane is taken as the research object,and its leveling system is studied by joint simulation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The development of railway rescue crane and electromechanical hydraulic joint simulation technology at home and abroad is described,and the composition structure and leveling system of railway rescue crane are introduced and analyzed.(2)The Adams dynamic simulation model of the whole crane is established,and the curve passing performance of the railway rescue crane under different speeds and loads is carried out.The different leveling methods of the railway rescue crane are compared and analyzed,and the dynamic simulation is carried out to select the appropriate leveling methods.(3)Through the field test,the test data of the railway rescue crane under various working conditions are obtained.Compared with the dynamic simulation results,the dynamic simulation results are roughly consistent with the test results,but the dynamic response time of the leveling cylinder is ignored,resulting in the idealization of the simulation results.Therefore,the hydraulic leveling system and dynamic model are established to simulate the dynamic response of crane.(4)This paper introduces and analyzes the conventional PID control and the adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy,and establishes the electromechanical hydraulic joint simulation of the two control strategies of the railway rescue crane PID control and the fuzzy PID control.Through the analysis of the simulation results,a more suitable control strategy of the leveling system is selected.This electro-hydraulic simulation platform can shorten the design cycle of railway rescue crane and provide important reference for crane design.
