| In the exploitation of high sand,waxy crude oil,inclined well and high gas oil,the screw pump oil recovery system with stable operation,long pump checking period and high pump efficiency is widely used.Although the efficiency of the existing low speed and large torque submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)direct drive screw pump oil recovery system is improved continuously,it still adopts the split structure of motor and pump,and the size of the whole machine is still relatively long.The application of short curvature radius horizontal wells in diagonal section is limited.Therefore,the integration of PMSM and submersible screw pump is proposed in this paper,which makes the pump be contained in the PMSM and forms a new Integrated Submersible Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and Screw Pump.In this paper,the design process of Integrated Submersible Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and Screw Pump is described in detail.Based on the moving law of screw pump,the mathematical model of rotor motion of screw pump under integral structure is deduced by the traditional split structure,and then the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out based on Creo software.The change curve of the rotor section center position is obtained,which verifies the feasibility of the screw pump working normally under the integral structure.Based on the motor design requirements and electromagnetic design,the electromagnetic design of the Integrated Submersible Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and Screw Pump is carried out.The main parameters of the motor,such as stator punch,winding are determined.The magnetic circuit structure of the high magnetic ru iron-boron permanent magnet and the surface magnet are selected and the calculation method of the size of the permanent magnet is given.The finite element analysis based on Ansoft Maxwell is carried out for the electromagnetic scheme that has been designed,and the performance parameters such as efficiency,magnetic density and related performance curves are obtained,which verify the magnetic stability of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with large shaft diameter.Thus,the design of the whole electromagnetic scheme is completed.On the basis of the scheme design and electromagnetic design,according to the special requirements of the integrated structure,the structure design of the whole machine is carried out,the overall structure form of the Integrated Submersible Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and Screw Pump is determined,and the key parts are designed.The 3D model of virtual prototype is established by using Creo software.It lays a foundation for the further research on the integration of submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor and screw pump. |
