Lunnan oilfield is the first-developed megaton oilfield in Tarim.Currently,the integrated water mount is very high,which will lead the stable production very hard.Especially since June 2016,scale formation in ground gathering line of X oil group becomes worse and worse,which makes the tube thinner,wellhead back pressure rising.And scale could increase the difficulties of low-pressure pipeline running and affect the normal operation of oil wells heavily.Therefore,the scaling mechanism of gathering system needs to be research and the influence factors of scale formation needs to be analyzed.Based on this research,the foam acid was used to clean the scale,and the construction parameters was evaluated and optimized in laboratory.The field experiment was conducted and results show that back pressure caused by scale formation can be eliminated or weakened.Based on the investigation of the fouling of the gathering pipeline encountered in the development situation of Lunnan Oilfield Block A,the mechanism of fouling and the composition of fouling was analyzed,and according to the actual situation of the scene,the foam acid was used for descaling.The technology parameters of foam acid descaling was conducted in lad,which includes descaling efficiency,corrosion inhibition performance,wash oil character,high viscosity and low friction performance,strong magnetic suspend capacity,prevention of secondary pollution and corrosion inhibition corrosion performance of iron.And then,the oilfield test of the descaling process was carried out to analyze the results of the on-site implementation of the foam acid descaling.According to the results,the economic benefits were evaluated,and the superiority of this technology was obtained.Based on the foam acid descaling experimental in oil field of Lunnan area Block A,the following conclusion can be drew.The economic benefit of foam acid descaling is more obvious than changing the pipeline.And the conduction of foam acid descaling is simple and save time and manpower and has little effect on the normal production.The scaling mechanism and technology of applying the foam acid for cleaning scale was research and this technology can solve the scale problem in oilfield of Lunnan area Block A,which can also be used in other oilfield.However,in order to improve the descaling efficiency,the trend of scale needs to be forecasted.And further research work is carried out on the investigation and control of wellbore scaling.
