Typical peroxide solution-peracetic acid is widely used in food equipment,medical equipment and other fields of the disinfection.However,the problem of storage,transportation,stability and corrosion in acetic acid make its application is restricted.So measures must be taken to solve the problem of instability and strong corrosiveness in the peracetic acid solution.This thesis generated peracetic acid solution with mass concentration of 2000 mg/L by the reaction of sodium percarbonate and TAED at room temperature.And then prolonged the storage stage and the using of cycle of peracetic acid.by adding stabilizer to the peracetic acid system.Four different stabilizers such as HEDP,sodium pyrophosphate,urea,ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium were selected,and the stable effects of single stabilizer and compound stabilizer were compared.Then the optimum addition ratio was determinced by orthogonal experiment.It was showed that the stable effect of sodium pyrophosphate was relatively good compared with the blank peracetic acid solution when using stabilizers alone.It was found that the compound stabilizers with 0.21 g HEDP,0.65 g sodium pyrophosphate,0.35 g urea and 0.1 g ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium had best effect on the stability of the peracetic acid.The decomposition rate peracetic acid was only 19.24% and the concentration of peracetic acid was 1615 mg/L in 7th day.This thesis reduced the corrosion of peracetic acid to metal by adding inhibitor.Seven corrosion inhibitor such as dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium,BS-12,sodium hexametaphosphate,HEDP,sodium silicate,sodium nitrate and BTA were selected.The optimum compound ratio and adding dosage of corrosion inhibitors above were studied and the the corrosion mechanism was analyzed.It was showed that the corrosion inhibition of dodecyl betaine(BS-12)to copper was best compared with other single corrosion inhibitors.When the concentration of BS-12 was 0.3 g/L in the system,the surface tension of the system reached lowest value of 31.64mN/m,meanwhile the corrosion efficiency reached 86.25%.It was showed that the compound of BTA and BS-12 had good corrosion inhibition effect in peracetic acid system.When the mass concentration ratio of BTA to BS-12 was 6:4 and the total mass concentration was 0.3 g/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached the highest value of94.21%.It was showed that the corrosion inhibition of sodium nitrate to aluminum alloy was best compared with other corrosion inhibitors.When the concentration of sodium nitrate was 0.3 g/L in the system,the corrosion inhibition efficiency achieved the best value of72.12%.It was showed that the compound of sodium nitrate and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium had good corrosion inhibition effect in peracetic acid system.When the mass concentration ratio of sodium nitrate to dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium was 7:3 and the total mass concentration was 0.4 g/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached the highest value of 94.26% and the corrosion level was mild.It was showed that the corrosion inhibition of sodium silicate to Q235 steel was the best compared with other corrosion inhibitors.When the concentration of sodium silicate was 0.2 g/L in the system,the corrosion efficiency was 40.53%.It was showed that the compound of sodium silicate and HEDP presented good synergy effect on corrosion inhibition.When the mass concentration ratio of sodium silicate to HEDP was 6:4 and the total mass concentration was 0.3 g/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached the highest value of 90.42%.
