The construction industry is one of pillar industry of our national economy,but the construction industry is an industry of high risk and easy to have the accident.With the continuous development of the construction industry,construction safety hidden trouble which is more and more obvious,construction accidents occur.In recent years,the production accident casualties every year in Chinese construction sector accounts tor the national total production accident casualties 25%,construction security accidents occur frequently,therefore,strengthen the construction of safety management of great significance.Based on the above background,this paper takes the Jinxiuheshan project as the research object,and elaborated the basic theory of project construction safety management on the basis of domestic and foreign engineering safety management level evaluation and the construction of safety management system.The status quo of on-site safety management and the existing problems of safety management are analyzed in detail,then the dangerous source of the construction site of Jinxiuheshan project is identified and the evaluation model of construction safety management level of Jinxiuheshan project is constructed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction safety management level of Jinxiuheshan project and the construction safety management system of Jinxiuheshan project is optimized.Finally the measures are put forward to improve the safety management level of the Jinxiuheshan project.
