This paper based on the project as the research background,the numerical simulation is carried out about the gas-liquid cyclone separator added in the process,and the results was used to guide optimization of the oil and gas separation process and operation management.Firstly,the paper puts forward the process reform plan and the equipment that needs to be added,and discusses the significance of the project reform.Secondly,as for some problems occurred in the operation of gas-liquid cyclone separator,the commercial software of hydrodynamics are used to systematically study the gas liquid cyclone separator,the analysis are demonstrated at different inlet fluid velocity,gas content,water content,liquid outlet pressure and inlet air bubble diameter change for gas-liquid cyclone separator separation efficiency and pressure drop under field operating conditions.The results show that the design performance of the gas-liquid cyclone separator is excellent,with lower pressure drop and better separation effect.Finally,by the guide of the simulation results,the two cyclone separators are added to the process under the condition of the plant during the construction of phase II,and the production manifolds are also added between the pig receiver and the separator.At the same time,the parameters of cyclone separators have been adjusted to make the operation of crude oil production process more stable,the level of operation management is improved.
