Binnan Oilfield is currently at the stage of low to middle water cut,low recovery level,low to middle production rate with middle size porosity and low permeability reservoir.The quality of injected water is not compatible with formation,the pipe line for used water in well washing does not meet the requirements,and the stimulation process is not perfect.Affected by the above factors,there are problems in the reservoir such as the blockage of formation due to pollution and serious shortage of injected water in wells.In the paper,the treatment process is optimized which the surface engineering design of biochemical oil removal,low-energy tubular membrane and ultrafiltration treatment,through the mechanism research and adaptive analysis of water treatment process technology.A sophisticated fine wastewater treatment device is built,and the water quality disposed by the device can meet the development demands of water injection in Binnan low-permeability reservoir.The optimization design and comprehensive treatment for the water recycle pipe network of a total of 70 injection wells in Binnan Oilfield are conducted by the process,which the old oil-collecting pipelines are used as the main line for water supply and the new branch lines as well as single-well pipelines are built.The water supply demand is sufficient and well flushing water recycle standard is up to,at the same time,the quality of flushing is improved.The ground system of injection water quality improvement is redesigned in Bin-660 Injection Station and the pilot test is carried on.The scale of pilot test scale is 200 m~3/d,the sewage after treatment in the Bin-1 Sewage Treatment Station is used as the test water source,and the skid-mounted modular box design is adopted by the all treatment facilities.After the process,the quality of the inject water is improved from C level to A1 level,the amount of daily stimulation is up to175 m~3/d,the water injection compliance rate is significantly increased,and water injection development in the test area is effectively improved.The research on the ground engineering system improvement technology improved inject water quality in Binnan Oilfield and will provide a demonstration role in the similar low-permeability reservoirs,thus providing theoretical and technical support for greatly improving the injection development level and quality benefits of low-permeability reservoirs.
