At present, the exploitation of mostly oilfield with injecting water complements energy. There are abundant low permeability oil pool in Shengli oilfield, but the oil reservoir are deeply underground, reservoir porosity are minute, the relative content of clay mineral is very high, the reservoir sensitive. These cause some problem of Shengli low permeability oilfield injection water. So the recvery factor of Shengli oilfield is lower than other oilfield.In the course of water flooding, the water quality will directly affect oil field exploit. This thesis aim at the exploiture and water quality situation of Shengli oil field, establish a set of working program that determines the injection water quality of low permeability oilfield. The experiment aim at the Shengli typical low permeability oilfield(Bonan three districts), research the water flooding for the blockade law of reservoir and the corrosion law of equipment, then bring forward the major water standard or adjustment index(suspended matter concentration and size, oil concentration and bacteria concentration.At the same time, with the development of the water flooding, the problem that produced water treatment more and more important. This thesis research and design an Expert System for treats the produced water. The system can design the processing of water treatment according to the produced water quality and reinjection water quality, and then select the befitting unit equipment and water treatment medicament. The design and realize the system is strictly according to the thoughts of expert systems when exploit the ES. And increased certain innovation on the base of this. First, repository is separated from inference engine, so add the flexibility and maintainability of the ES. Secondly, the system design adopts these tactics that the knowledge be saved step by step and choose intersection, so it can increase the function efficiency. In addition, in the course of reasoning, not only utilized the professional technique, but also adopt quantitative analysis according to establish equipment treatment efficiency and economy estimate mathematics model. The system can design the treatment process that combine the repository and mathematics model.
