Silk is a symbol of traditional Chinese culture and has important historical,cultural,economic and political significance.The silk relics patterns are gorgeous and exquisite,reflecting the aesthetic characteristics of ancient Chinese society.They also contain rich traditional meanings and have a great influence on modern textile design in terms of composition and color matching.Based on silk relics,this article proposes a fabric pattern design method which is combined with perceptual evaluation,data quantitative analysis and association rule mining technology.The method mainly includes the following three parts: the establishment of the correlation model between the characteristics of the silk relics pattern and the user's perception evaluation;the application of the RCFP-Growth(rare common pattern growth)algorithm in the silk relics database;the realization of creative design method of fabric pattern.Firstly,this article establishes a correlation model between the characteristics of the silk relics pattern and the user's perception evaluation.We select silk relics covering multiple periods and styles as samples,and analyzes the information of the samples.Then it obtains the characteristic of the silk relics patterns.This paper use Partial least squares to construct the correlation model between the characteristic of the silk relics pattern and the user's perception evaluation.Secondly,an RCFP-Growth algorithm is proposed,and association rules of silk relics database is mined.The silk relics database has the characteristics of large quantity and data imbalance.When using traditional association rule mining algorithms to perform data mining on the silk relics database,there are cases of low computing efficiency and effective data loss.Therefore,this article improves the FP-Growth algorithm and proposes the RCFP-Growth algorithm.Using this algorithm to mine the association rules of the silk relics database has achieved the goal of more comprehensive mining of silk relics database and improved data mining efficiency.Compared with the Apriori algorithm and FP-Growth algorithm on the web,the RCFP-Growth algorithm proposed in this paper has higher mining efficiency.Finally,a pattern design method is realized in this article.The fabric patterns are designed according to the mining rules of the silk relics database,and the user's perceptual evaluation value of the fabric design patterns are obtained by the partial least square method.And the user's perception demand value is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.Comparing with the perception evaluation value,the user's satisfaction of the fabric design patterns can be determined.Ultimately,the user can obtain the fabric design patterns which have higher satisfaction.
