With the development of technology,ink-jet printing technology has been not limited to the plane printing of paper,more and more personalized needs to make ink-jet printing in a variety of materials and a variety of surface applications.And the various changes of the substrate make the imaging results with the printing paper plane printing is far from,at present,it is not good for surface ink-jet printing.In order to better adapt the ink-jet printing technology to the needs of personalized,this paper is based on droplet deposition and conducts the following research:(1)Study on the influence of surface and surface roughness on droplet spread.The surface type and surface roughness of substrate are analyzed as the main factors,and put forward a conjecture model.The proportional relation between the droplet spreading diameter and the curvature of the surface and the logarithmic relation with the surface roughness of the substrate are verified,The roughness can simplify the setting of printing parameters.(2)Study on the influence of surface and porosity on droplet permeability.Based on the surface type and porosity of substrate as the main factors,put forward different permeation models.then through experiments and observations,it is verified that control the drying time in the right drying conditions,combined with the study of spreading,the imaging results can be predicted by porosity.(3)Full of droplet deposition behavior,further analysis of factors influencing the result of various aspects,through the roughness and porosity were divided demand for personalized,connection and combining the droplets into line results of factor analysis predict sedimentary make surface ink-jet printing is more convenient and controllable,provides theoretical basis for curved surface inkjet printing.
