| Combination of Micro-droplet jet printing and chemical reaction is a new method to manufacture the circuit. This method can avoid the stringent requirements of the strength and toughness of implantable manufacturing method for the metal wire, and can not be affected by the limitation of Printing ink manufacturing method for difficulty in ink uniform discrete, the method has the advantages of non-contact, simple process and low cost. The combination of the manufacturing method and the fabric substrate provides a new way for the flexible integration of the electronic components and textiles in the electronic smart textiles. However, in the deposition process of printing on fabric surface,the penetration and diffusion of liquid in the fabric structure is very important for forming high quality circuit.Based on these analysis, the deposition process of micro-drop on the fabric surface is studied in this paper. By developing pneumatic driven double nozzle droplets on-demand droplet jet system, using theoretical and experimental methods, the deformation law of droplets on the fabric surface were researched in the process of collision deposition and penetration, the influence factors in the process of micro-drop point deposition are analyzed, and the control method of droplet deposition morphology is studied, the deposition of the circuit for the jet printing on the fabric is preliminarily realized, in order to further realize the manufacturing of high quality circuit on the fabric surface.Pneumatic driven DOD micro-droplet jetting experimental platform were designed and developed in this paper. According to the work principle of pneumatic driven DOD droplet jetting system, the developed micro-droplet jetting experimental system which includes micro-droplet jetting device, image acquisition module and motion control module, and all the parts work together, to supply a platform for the research of droplet deposition process.The dynamic process of droplets collision on the fabric surface was researched,the influence of different collision conditions on the stable deposition of droplet is defined, the influence factors of droplet point precise deposition were analyzed, and the parameters was determined, this research was aimed at realizing manufacturing circuit.The dynamic process of droplet penetration on the fabric surface was researched; the effect of wettability and fabric structure on the permeation behavior of droplet is defined.The method of surface modification of fabric is determined, and the deposition morphology is controlled, which can provide the ideal deposition surface for micro-drop jet printing deposition forming circuit.On the basis of the study mentioned above, the fixed point reaction of ascorbic acidand silver nitrate solution was initially achieved. The silver was achieved on the fabric surface by two different deposition manufacturing process. The experiment results show that the two solutions droplets can be stable and uniform deposition on the fabric substrate,the silver line possesses conductivity, and lines width is consistent. It proved that it is feasible to manufacture the circuit using micro-droplet jet printing with chemical deposition technology by developed pneumatic driven DOD droplet jetting system. |
