With the advent of Industry 4.0,the apparel industry has entered the era of rapid development of digitalization,informatization and networking.How to shorten the product development cycle and improve product development efficiency,realize the digital integration process of apparel products from style design-structure design-virtual stitching,and promote the transformation and upgrade of the automation and intelligentization of the apparel industry have become the focus of the apparel industry.On the one hand,the 2D garment drawing is the main expression of clothing style,but the style design has not been fully digitized and automated and still relies on the work habits of designers.On the other hand,the clothing structural parameters design mainly depends on the work experience of the technician.This is also a technical bottleneck that hinders the digitalization of clothing structure design.In order to reduce the repetitive labor time of designers,reduce communication barriers between designers and technicians,and improve the efficiency and accuracyof style design and structural design,the method from 3D modeling information of women's clothing to 2D graphic and text expression was studied.,main tasks as follows:(1)Based on the research of the experimental basic theory of this subject,through comparative analysis,it determines the virtual clothes wearing experimental platform CLO 3D,image data processing tool MATLAB,the garment drawing drawing platform Coreldraw and the "human body abbreviated" style drawing applicable to this subject.(2)It analyzes the scale model of the basic women's garment style drawing.First,it establishes the dress form of the 160 / 84 A standard female on the CLO 3D platform,and measures the height data of the dress form to obtain the longitudinal proportion of the human body and scale model of the length of the style drawing is established.Then,it establishes 114 experimental clothes in CLO 3D to obtain experimental images,and use MATLAB image processing toolbox to develop key image data recognition programs to obtain basic experimental data.Finally,it analyzes the proportions of the overall body,the body and the collar,the body and the sleeve of the basic women's tops of the H-type,X-type,and A-type to obtain the drawing scale model of the width of the basic women's tops.At the same time,it makes 18 trousers and 18 skirts and get scale model of the width of the trousers and skirts.(3)It carries out the scale model of the oversize women's garment style drawing.First of all,the data information of 300 oversize women's clothes is sorted out throughonline surveys,and quantitative analysis of oversize women's clothing is carried out,which provides a basis for the research of oversize women's clothing.Then by way of pre-experiment,it determines the graphic form of "overlay drawing" of oversize women's style drawings and the structure data analysis method.Finnally,according to the concentrated distribution area of shoulder width,the different shoulder drop degrees drawing scale model of H-type and A-type oversize women's clothing style drawings is established.(4)It uses the basic women's clothing and oversize women's style drawing drawing scale models,to establish a standard style gallery in CorelDraw symbol manager system,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of style drawing by directly calling the style drawing components.At the same time,the method of SPSS univariate linear regression analysis is used to analyze the relationship between the basic and oversize women's clothing structural parameters.And the mathematical model of the pattern size is established.Combined with descriptive indicators,multiple IF function nesting is used in the Excel platform to complete quick recommendation of pattern size.Combined with the application of the standard style gallery and quick recommendation of pattern size,finally it obtains a method from three-dimensional clothing modeling to two-dimensional graphic and text expression.(5)8 experimenters use the method of this topic to express 5 styles of clothing,and then conduct virtual dressing experiments in CLO 3D to obtain the wearing effect diagram,perspective effect diagram.The experimenters make subjective evaluationfrom the aspects of clothing wearing effect and method experience,and finally proves that the method of this subject is efficiency and accuracy.
