In recent years,China’s social economy has developed rapidly,and economic growth has led to increased water pollution,which has caused China to face unprecedented water pollution problems.In order to implement national policies and improve the water quality of the Huifa River Basin,the surface of the Huifa River Basin(Meihekou City)was launched.Research work on comprehensive water treatment projects.This paper combines the water data of the Huifa River Basin(Meihekou City),combined with the actual hydrological and water quality characteristics,and uses the river one-dimensional water quality model to construct the pollution discharge relationship.Emissions,combined with the characteristics and current status of pollutant discharge in the watershed,analyze the reasons for the water quality of the control units of the Huifa River to exceed the standards,and propose pollution control measures and long-term management mechanisms to meet the water quality standards of the watershed.The results of the study show that:(1)The main sources of pollution in rivers in Meihekou City,COD and ammonia nitrogen,are mainly from planting surface sources,livestock and poultry breeding sources,and urban living sources.Planting surface sources are the main pollutants in the basin at this stage,followed by livestock and poultry breeding Sources of pollution and urban life.(2)Under the condition of average concentration in the wet season,the ammonia nitrogen concentration meets the target of class III water bodies,and the COD needs to reach the target of class III water bodies.The upstream control unit of the section of Daliuhe Bridge needs to reduce COD707.4t,and the upstream control unit of Shuangsheng section needs COD reduction of 809.1t;under the average concentration in the flat water period,in order to reach the target of class Ⅲ water body,the upstream control unit of the section of Daliuhe Bridge needs to reduce COD452.62 t,ammonia nitrogen 15.86 t,and the upstream control unit of Shuangsheng section needs to reduce the COD to 366t/ a.Ammonia nitrogen 4.88t;under the average concentration in the dry season,the COD concentration of the section of the Daliuhe Bridge meets the goal of water of Class III.To achieve the goal of the class III of water,the upstream control unit of the section of the Daliushe Bridge needs to reduce ammonia nitrogen by 12.08 t.The upstream control unit needs to reduce COD to 70.97t/a and ammonia nitrogen to 30.2t.(3)Pollution prevention engineering projects include: urban life pollution prevention engineering.Improve urban pipe network collection,construct reclaimed water reuse and township sewage treatment plants,so that urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater can be effectively controlled.Increasing domestic garbage collection and transshipment capacity and treatment capacity can effectively control domestic garbage pollution in the river basin;livestock and poultry pollution prevention and control projects.Large-scale breeding farms should establish standardized pollution prevention and control facilities,build centralized storage yards in free-range areas,and configure transfer vehicles to collect manure to the storage yard and transfer them to organic fertilizer plants;water environment remediation and ecological restoration projects: clean up rivers 1,dredging,construction of farmland buffer belts,riverside belt vegetation restoration,estuary purification wetlands,reducing non-point source pollution load,improving river self-purification ability,and promoting river water ecological restoration.After the pollution prevention measures are taken,the amount of pollutants reduced in each control section can meet the requirements of the watershed reduction plan and meet the watershed water quality control goals,which has a positive significance for surface water environmental protection.
