Supramolecular chiral assembly is what the ordered organization or aggregation of the structural units by non-covalent bonds.It has become the important scientific theory and technical route for evolving novel chiral structures and functions.In fact,many structures and tissues from different levels,such as the double helix structure of DNA and the advanced structure of proteins,were chiral supramolecular structures in nature especially in biosystem.Exploring nature and obtaining inspiration from it was one of the most important route to conduct scientific research.Amino acid was a type of important bioactive substance and natural chiral compounds.By means of designing and synthesizing amphiphilic molecules based on amino acid and obtaining chiral structure with various levels by supramolecular chiral assembly was beneficial for us to investigate the application of them in chiral filed.In this thesis,new types of amphiphilic molecules based on basic amino acid?histidine?was designed and synthesized.The self-assembly process was studied in detail,meanwhile the supramolecular chirality,the regulation and application of circular polarization luminescence of the assembly were investigated.The content of this paper is mainly divided into two chapters.The first chapter summarizes the concept of the supramolecular chemistry,the research review and applications of the supramolecular self-assembly and supramolecular chirality.In the second chapter,a histidine acid amphiphilic molecule?abbreviated as STH?containing styrene-thiazole group was designed and synthesized.It has been found that it can self-assembled into nanosheet structure with weak circular dichroism and circularly polarized luminescence spectra signals in N,N-Dimethylformamide/water solvent system.By the coordination with alkaline earth metal ions,the circularly polarized luminescence asymmetry factor(glum)can enhanced by an order of magnitude.Moreover,by means of the cis-trans isomerization of styrene moiety,the chiral optical properties of the assembly can be effectively regulated.Finally,we found that STH/Mg2+assemblies had the ability to selectively recognize AMP from.three types of adenosines?ATP,ADP,AMP?,thus offering a new orientation for designing novel CPL probe...
