With the rapid development of our industry and economy,the demand for oil has greatly increased,and the logging technology has been rapidly updated as a result.Well diameter logging is one of the necessary logging items in petroleum logging operations,accurate well diameter measurement is an important means to accurately calculate the volume of the borehole,stable pushing and leaning control is important for proper logging.The Three-arm Well Diameter Multifunctional Pusher is a borehole measurement instrument that works in conjunction with a position indicating instrument,can accurately access to stratigraphic stresses and effectively support the interpretation of other logging results.This thesis focuses on the control algorithm design,hardware circuit design and programming of the three-arm well diameter multifunctional pusher control module.The design work of the control algorithm analyzes the time lag system characteristics of the pusher control system,establishes the first-order time lag system LADRC-Smith control model is followed by a simple parameter tuning method without degrading the control performance.Combined with the push arm stroke control mathematical model,this thesis designs a simulation model in Matlab simulation software,to verify whether the control model makes the system have better static and dynamic performance and immunity to disturbances.And this thesis also gives a strategy for the rectification of control parameters.Hardware circuit design and programming are divided into three parts: scheme design,design implementation and design verification.First of all,this thesis analyzes the design requirements of the well diameter pusher control module by means of taking into account the overall architecture and workflow of the well diameter logging instrument,designs the control system circuit module and determines the workflow of the well diameter pusher control module.Secondly,according to the structure and workflow of the three-arm well diameter multifunctional pusher control module,the hardware framework of DSP+FPGA is determined,hardware circuits for communication module and control module is designed,including communication module,core control circuit,fader stroke measurement and acquisition module,the voltage conversion circuit and the memory module.Based on the hardware circuit,this thesis designs the control module program and logic,the software control program includes the downhole workflow control,inter-board communication control.The software logic includes DSP-FPGA decoder module logic,clock module logic,AD acquisition control module logic and codecs and decoders module logic.Finally,this thesis designs test experiments to test the communication function,board communication function and memory function of the control module of the three-arm well diameter multi-functional pusher.The control module is also connected to the power supply system and the upper computer system for joint commissioning.The test procedure,results and analysis are given.The experimental results show that the design of the three-arm well diameter multifunctional pusher control module meets the requirements of the design specifications.
