The bearing is an important component in the mechanical equipment.The bearing ring is the key part of the bearing.In this paper,a new type of roller-type bearing ring heat treatment production equipment line is designed.The new process of bearing heat treatment is used to improve the internal structure of the bearing ring after heat treatment.Increased bearing life.The heat treatment production line designed in this paper avoids the unnecessary bumps in the heat treatment process of the mesh belt furnace and causes the surface of the bearing ring to be scratched,which reduces the equipment cost of the finished roller hearth furnace production line.The bearing ring heat treatment process is used as a cut-in,and a bearing ring heat treatment production equipment line suitable for various metal bearing steels is designed and developed.According to the overall scheme of the control system and the electrical schematic diagram of each hardware device,the electrical wiring is completed,and the software design of the lower computer and the upper computer and the communication between the devices are completed.The production line control parameters are adjusted by the host computer monitoring software to meet the processing requirements of various types of metal bearing rings.The S7-300 PLC is used to realize the complex logic control of the material transmission system through the digital input/output module.The analog input/output module automatically collects and processes the parameters of the production line such as furnace temperature and furnace pressure,and uses PLC.And the three-phase power regulating voltage regulator integrated control system completes the temperature precise control of each temperature zone of the production line.In this paper,the three-phase asynchronous motor is used as the roller drive unit and the speed of the drive motor is controlled by the inverter.The upper machine monitoring software uses the MCGS configuration software,and the inverter frequency is modified by the upper computer configuration software.The parameters such as zone temperature can realize the controllable visualization of the production process of the whole bearing ring heat treatment production line.This paper takes PLC as the system control core,gives the overall scheme design and related electrical schematic diagram,briefly introduces the assembly line equipment selection,and focuses on the design process of the production line lower position machine control program including manual/automatic operation control program and temperature control.Programming process such as program;PC design software monitoring process and implementation process of each part of communication control.Finally,through the pre-production inspection of the bearing ring products,the metallographic diagram and surface hardness of the sample after heat treatment are analyzed,and it is verified that the bearing ring heat treatment production line can meet the final quality requirements of the production process.
