Shenhua Coal Zhunge’er large annual production capacity of 24Mt. Due to the fragile nature of coal and non-hydrophilic, production technology and equipment process complexity and dust control equipment systems irrationality and other reasons, resulting in coal preparation plant and coal dust coal warehouse systems achieve high concentration 550 mg/m3, coal dust pollution is very serious. Therefore Coal Dust Prevention security theory and technology research is not only the average coal warehouse system has important practical significance to eliminate safety hazards, protect their health and to improve the production and management personnel to manage water preparation plant.Using experimental tests, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods to study the calculation method Zhunger Coal Dust dust links with the basic laws of motion; to determine the coal warehouse system for dust prevention research object, analyzes the coal preparation plant characteristics and coal dust coal warehouse distribution system; respectively based on coal warehouse roof loading point, warehouse roof off the coal process, under the feeding system in coal dust bin dust mechanism, research escaping the law, put forward the corresponding control technologies; reprint point to the warehouse roof chute, coal warehouse as an enclosed space to study dust explosion hazard and the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal.Dust concentration measurement and characterization results indicate that coal warehouse system:Front full control dust, respirable dust were exceeded 27.5,1.82-1.5 to 8.43 times the cumulative percentage of respirable dust is about 54 to 67 percent, the dust is oily dust.Use induction Merry, Merry and air blast Merry traction theory, studied the Jungar Coal dust coal warehouse system migration basic law.
