In recent years,the problem of water pollution has become more and more serious.In order to improve the water pollution problem,on the one hand,we need to improve the sewage treatment technology,on the other hand,we need to control the source,that is,real-time monitoring of the phenomenon of sewage stolen discharge.Polyacrylamide has been extensively studied and concerned in practical application because of its good flocculation performance in sewage.Flocculants are usually put into wastewater treatment plants according to the experience value.Because of the different sewage conditions in different regions,the accurate dosage of flocculants also needs to be tailored to local conditions.For the phenomenon of sewage stolen discharge,it is necessary to develop one or more water-soluble reagents with detection function.This work is of great significance for improving water pollution.Firstly,the current sewage test situation of three major sewage treatment plants(Sanbaotun,Haicheng and Haixin)in Fushun City was analyzed.Three kinds of flocculants,cationic polyacrylamide(8 million),cationic polyacrylamide(12 million)and polyaluminium chloride,were used to detect the sludge.Through testing the seven main indicators which can visually display and compare the flocculating effect of each flocculant,the best flocculant was selected and its dosage was determined.Then hydrophilic amphoteric polyacrylamide polymers containing both anionic and cationic groups were synthesized by free radical random copolymerization method.Based on this,four kinds of fluorescence were selected respectively.Four kinds of fluorescent hydrophilic amphoteric polyacrylamide polymers were synthesized by using monomers as chromophores.Finally,fluorescent hydrophilic polyacrylamide polymers containing two photofunctional monomers were synthesized by overlapping the fluorescence emission spectra of one monomer with the ultraviolet absorption spectra of another monomer,and their structures and spectral properties were characterized.In this study,polyacrylamide was selected as a high-efficiency flocculant,and 0.06 g per 100 mL sludge was the best dosage for municipal domestic sewage treatment,which provided a reference for the dosage of flocculant in national sewage treatment plants and had practical significance.AM-AA-DMC-BODIPY-11,AM-AA-DMC-N-vinyl carbazole,AM-AA-DMC-vinyl fluorescein,AM-AA-DMC-vinyl rhodamine were successfully prepared.Six different hydrophilic amphoteric fluorescent polyacrylamide flocculants,namely,B,AM-AA-DMC-vinyl fluorescein-vinyl rhodamine B,AM-AA-DMC-vinyl fluorescein-N-vinyl carbazole,were prepared.The structures of fluorescent monomers and polymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR).The spectral properties of fluorescent monomers and polymers were studied by ultraviolet,fluorescence spectrophotometer and transient fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that several fluorescent monomers have been successfully introduced into the polymer chain,and the polymer has good fluorescence properties and water solubility.Six hydrophilic amphoteric fluorescent polyacrylamide flocculants with environmental detection function were successfully prepared in this paper,which laid a foundation for the development of new fluorescent polymers for sewage discharge detection.It is of great significance in the application of water pollution control.
