Since the second industrial revolution, the telephone, electric light and so on have been invented, and human beings have entered the electrical age. With the development of the times, human society has become increasingly inseparable from electricity.Electrical connectors exist in various parts of daily life in different materials and contact forms, and electrical contact involves extremely complex physical, chemical, mechanical and other processes. Therefore, how to improve the stability of electrical contact interface and the reliability of electrical connectors is of great significance to modern life.Since graphene was first discovered in 2004,its excellent optical, electrical and mechanical properties have attracted a large number of researchers to study it,and significant progress has been made in materials science,micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and so on.The study of the lubrication mechanism and electrical contact properties of graphene provides a reliable experimental basis for the preparation of thin films using graphene in the future, and has a certain guiding significance. In view of the above two research hotspots, the effects of two graphene layers on the fretting wear behavior of electric contact were studied and analyzed by using electric contact fretting wear tester and ball/plane contact mode. The effects of physical and chemical analysis equipment, optical microscopy,3D topography,X-ray energy spectrometer,Raman spectrometer and scanning electron microscopy on the two kinds of graphene thin films were also studied and analyzed. The friction, wear and electrical contact properties of the two graphene layers were evaluated, and the lubrication mechanism was analyzed. The main conclusions were as follows:(1)Four graphene layers with different surface roughness were prepared by self-made electrochemical deposition equipment and characterized. The experimental results show that the graphene layer can be completely covered on the substrate, and the thickness of the film can reach about 4 micron, but the binding force is not very strong.(2)Graphene layers deposited by electrochemical deposition can effectively reduce friction and wear, and the friction coefficient and wear loss are significantly reduced.Compared with untreated samples, the contact resistance of the samples covered with graphene layer decreased significantly, and the contact resistance of the samples covered with graphene layer remained stable after the experiment.High temperature would lead to partial peeling of Electrodeposited graphene layer and reduce its lubricity, and increase the wear area and wear amount.Experiments showed that the appropriate size of sandpaper(600CW,1500CW)was obtained. The surface roughness of the substrate prepared by grinding on is 1.51?m and 1.27 ?m,which have the best fretting wear and electrical properties.(3)The graphene layer modified by dropping graphene alcohol solution on the surface of the sample after air-drying in nitrogen can stabilize the resistance and keep it from rising sharply. When the concentration of alcohol solution is 100 mg/L,the contact resistance of the sample is reduced by 96% compared with that of the untreated sample.Graphene layer can also lubricate and reduce wear area.Increasing temperature will lead to an increase in contact resistance and a sharp fluctuation in contact resistance. With the increase of temperature, the area of wear marks decreases,so the wear marks are the smallest when the graphene concentration is the same.At the same temperature, the higher the concentration of graphene solution, the smaller the wear marks.
