The exceeding limit of gas density in the upper corner has been the key and difficult point to restrict the safety production of mine,which is the priority of the “one-ventilation and three-prevention” work.In order to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner,the high and prominent gas mines mostly adopt the special air exhaust gas technology in the inner interlocked roadway to empty the gas in the goaf.However,given that the special air exhaust gas technology in the inner interlocked roadway is also ventilation air methane,the gas density should not be thicker than 1%?Therefore,the latest Coal Mine Safety Regulations issued in February,2016 abolished the relevant regulations for special gas discharge roadways,which means that the high and prominent gas mines can no longer use the special air exhaust gas technology in the inner interlocked to deal with the upper corner gas.That's why the mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway is proposed in this paper.First,close the inner interlocked roadway or excavate the new low drainage roadway,and then make use of the newly-built underground mobile gas extraction system to extract gas in the goaf to eliminate the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and technical advantages of the mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway in detail,establishes the system of mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway,and also discusses the principle for deciding the key technical procedures.Finally,through the field monitoring data analyses of the test working face of the typical high gas mine of YangQuan Coal Group,and the comparison with the special air exhaust gas technology of the inner interlocked roadway in terms of the ventilation mode,gas discharge capacity and treatment effect,the following conclusions are drawn from this paper:1)Through the research,it is found that the replacement of “the special air exhaust gas technology in the inner interlocked special roadway” for “the mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway” to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corners of the road has the characteristics of large gas extraction capacity and good effects,not affecting the state of the mine ventilation system.2)The use of “the mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway” can completely eliminate the security risks caused by the exceeding limit of the gas density in the process of the air exhaust gas in the inner interlocked roadway,which enables the process of gas treatment much safer and more reliable.3)The measured data of the test working face shows that the use of “the mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway” effectively guarantees the safe production of the test working face,and ensures that the gas in the corner of the work surface will not accumulate or exceed the limit,and thus the treatment effect is outstanding.Theoretical analyses and field verification show that the mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway can effectively address the issues on the gas accumulation and the exceeding limit of the gas density in the upper corner of the roadway,and provide a new idea for eliminating gas accumulation in the upper corner and avoiding exceeding gas limit.There are 9 figures,14 tables,and 39 references.
