The over-limitation of gas accumulation in Shangyujiao has always been a major problem affecting the safety production of coal mines in China.The gas in upper corner is affected by many factors such as gas in the goaf,wind distribution on the working face and gas drainage method.It has its own characteristics,and its main controlling factors are different.According to the actual conditions of the mine,it is of great significance to study the safe movement of mines by studying the gas migration law of the corners on the working face arnd formulating corresponding control measure.s.Based on the actual situation of the A4007 working f-ace of Saier No.3 mine,this paper analyzes the gas source of the working face,and obtains the gas emission from the mining face and the gas emission from the adjacent layer,which account for 32.8%and 67.2%of th,e total gushing amount the main source of gas in the working face is the gas in the adjacent layer through the mining of the fracture zone.The FLUENT software is used to simulate the movement of the gas in the stopway of the A4007 working face,and the gas concentration distribution in the stope is obtained.The gas concentration near the corner of the working face is h,igh,and the crack ring is an ideal place for gas drainage.It is also veri:fied that the effect of increasing the air volume on reducing the gas concentration of the upper comer is not obvious.The FLAC3D software is used to analyze the evolution law of mining and mining under the influence of mining,and the lands and fracture zones are 6.4m and 20.4m respectively.A large number of broken fractures occur in the vicinity of 15m on the roof of the coal seam,which is easy to form gas.The enrichment area is a reasonable drainage level.Based on the above analysis and calculation results,a gas control scheme for the upper corner of the mine is proposed,which is based on high-level drilling and drainage,supplemented by beried pipe discharge method,and equipped with air distribution regulation.After the investigation of the drainage effect,the gas on the A4007 working face and the return airway were effectively controlled.The average gas concentration of the upper corner was 0.62%,and the average gas concentration of the return air was 0.29%,which satisfied the gas control during the production.Claim.This paper provides a reference for the gas control work of other working faces in the Saier No.3 mine,and can also be used for mines with similar problems.
