Research On Performance Evaluation Of W Mining Company Based On Performance Prism Method

With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy,China has become one of the most important sales markets for global mineral products.At present,most non-ferrous metal enterprises in China are faced with problems.In the process of development,blindly pursue the maximization of corporate profits.Performance evaluation is mainly guided by profit indicators.Neglecting important stakeholders related to enterprise development has spawned a series of problems.The performance evaluation system of non-ferrous metals industry needs further changes.The comprehensive evaluation of the business performance of metal mining enterprises is undoubtedly an important guarantee for measuring the development of enterprises and promoting the sound development of the non-ferrous metals industry.This paper selects W Mining Company,a wholly-owned subsidiary of state-owned enterprises,as the research object.Analysis of its performance evaluation system has the performance evaluation objectives and the company's strategy is out of line,does not take into account the interests of all stakeholders,ignore the social value of the enterprise,pay attention to the results of the assessment and ignore the process assessment and other issues.In view of the problems in the performance evaluation system of W mining company,the performance prismatic method was introduced to improve the performance evaluation system of W mining company.Based on the stakeholder theory,the stakeholders of W mining company were defined.The method combined with the characteristics of nonferrous metal industry to design the performance evaluation of W mining company.The system is used to evaluate the performance of W mining companies.At the same time,the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of the performance prism method of W Mining Company and the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.The main contribution of this paper is that the performance evaluation index system designed by W Mining Company based on the performance prism method is relatively new,and it can be used as a reference for the performance evaluation of non-ferrous metal enterprises.
