In order to improve the wear resistance,corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance of the workpiece surface and extend the service life of the workpiece,alloy powder spraying technology is widely used in the surface treatment process of the workpiece.Based on the research background of an alloy powder spraying production processing automatic production line of a certain alloy powder Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies and designs an automatic production line from automatic feeding,workpiece preheating,workpiece surface grinding,alloy powder surface spraying,alloy powder remelting,automatic Automatic control system for production and processing processes such as cutting,automatic picking and transmission.The control system adopts the “PLC + touch” screen system structure,which realizes the automatic control and visual monitoring of the automatic production and processing process of the alloy powder coating of the shaft workpiece,which improves the production efficiency of the alloy powder coating of the shaft workpiece,reduces the labor intensity,and enhances the automation of the enterprise level and market competitiveness.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through careful analysis of the original production process,for the sake of the current problems of low manual production efficiency and low production quality,an automatic production system was produced,based on PLC and touching screen.Based on the importance of precise positioning in the automatic production process,the theory and method of servo positioning controlling was figured out,and after planning the movement path of the work-piece on the entire production line,the servo positioning controlling system was designed to complete the precise positioning controlling of the servo motor drive mechanism in the production line.(2)Through the introduction of the production line process and the analysis of the control points of each station,the overall analysis and design of the hardware of the surface treatment process control system,including preheating,remelting temperature controlling system,powder coating controlling system,automatic grabbing and Transmission controlling system and frequency conversion speed controlling system.It solves many key controlling problems of shaft work-pieces in loading,preheating,grinding,alloy powder spraying remelting and filling stations,which achieves automatic production and intelligent management of the controlling system.The design of the human-computer interaction touching-screen interface realizes the visual operation,to monitor the production status of each station in realtime.And it is feasible to set the parameters of each station at any time according to the actual situation to meet the controlling requirements.(3)Many process was carried out,such as on-site equipment installation,wiring and other work,and a complete production line was successfully assembled.On-site debugging of the program is implemented on the spot to find out and solve program designing problems.Through the production trial operation,problems that may occur in actual production in the future are found out.And through comparison and analysis,solutions are proposed to optimize the software and hardware structure of the control system.The final result shows: the alloy powder coating shaft work-piece indicates that the handling controlling system is reliable and with stable performance,which basically achieves the predetermined goals and production requirements.
