Spraying machine, with high speed and easy operation, is a print equipment that can print large, fine pictures from various source materials. Its products have been used for propaganda, decoration and other industries, becoming one of the important ad instrument in the 21st century. Spraying equipment market demonstrates great potential. One of the most important indicators of printing equipment is servo control technology; it is of practical significance to develop a servo system with high-precision, fast response and high stability.The main work is as follows:First, this paper analyzes the market prospects for digital spraying machine, introduces the related core technology, summed up the inadequacies of such devices, and analyzes the significance of this topic. Second, on this basis, this paper proposes a design plan of servo control system, the program starts from digital spraying machine work principle, and carry out the ideas for the overall framework around the expected key indicators and control systems. Third, this paper proposes a hardware circuit design of AC servo control system, the use of IPM + DSP + FPGA hardware structure, each module in close cooperation, learn from each other. Fourth, the subject of the main system control software, according to the specific functions are divided into different modules, main modules are raster module, the motor module, print module. The main module of the software and made a detailed presentation, highlighting PWM interrupt service routine processes and implementation. Fifth, with the actual products in the digital spraying machine compared test print. Finally, this paper summarizes, pointing out design problems and propose appropriate improvements.The research goal of this system is around the automatic digital printing equipment for AC servo system of digital design and implementation, indicated from AC servo control system of digital control level, and performance in the stability of the position error of the digital printing equipment. This system has been successfully applied in the printing equipment, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
