Dye is a very common material,the study of dyes can be traced back to hundreds of years,but traditional dyes are often used as clothing clothes,etc.but with the development and utilization of dyes,the emergence of functional dyes different from traditional dyes,and fluorescent dyes are the most widely used functional dyes,has been widely used in biomedical fluorescent probes,fluorescent warning clothing in the civil field,warning signs in the field of military industry and other fields.At present,the traditional dyes used in the commercial field are usually used for dyeing and finishing to enhance the fullness of the color and the brightness of the color.Therefore,the investigation of the fluorescent dyeing properties of nylon fabrics plays an important role in improving the fluorescence properties of nylon fabrics with fluorescent properties.Compared with the finishing of nylon fabric by ordinary dyes,fluorescent nylon fabric has better color and bright color.At the same time considering the nylon fabric as a daily dress,only showy color and full gloss is not enough.based on this,the polyamide fabric was functionalized,considering the TiO2 physicochemical stability,good photocatalytic performance and uv shielding performance.Effects of two kinds of acid fluorescent dyes and two kinds of disperse dyes on the properties of polyamide fabric under different conditions were studied in this paper.Four fluorescent dyes were first used to dye nylon fabrics under different conditions,and the dyeing rate,emissivity and K/S value were characterized.and the results showed that the dye uptake rate of the four fluorescent dyes decreased with the increase of dye dosage,and the maximum reflectance also decreased.with the increase of dye uptake time,the dye uptake rate also increased and reached adsorption saturation after 60 min.With the increase of the pH value,the dye uptake and K/S of the two dyes decreased gradually.The dye uptake and K/S of the two dyes did not affect.The optimum dyeing pH of acid dyes is about 4.5,the maximum reflectance fluorescence performance is the best when the dye dosage is owf 1%,and the maximum reflectance is found when the dye dosage is 0.5%.The XRD?UV absorbance of the prepared nanocomposite particles was characterized by different metal doping TiO2,.The results showed that Ag/Co-TiO2 composite nanoparticles were successfully prepared,and the influence of crystal structure,particle size size and photocatalytic properties of nanocomposite particles were analyzed by means of particle size tester,SEM?particle size analyzer,XRD?UV-Vis spectrophotometer,etc.The prepared nanoparticles were arranged on nylon fabric by different finishing methods.The UV shielding index and hydrophobicity of different metal doped TiO2 were analyzed by UPF?full video contact angle.the results show that Ag/Co metal ions in the added metal ions improve the photocatalytic performance of the TiO2 the highest.the single doped Ag,increases the photocatalytic effect with the increase of Ag particle content and the UPF index of the corresponding fabric increases first and then decreases,reaching the maximum value at 1%.the corresponding fabric UPF index increases continuously with the increase of the metal content,while the UPF index decreases first and then rises at 1.5%to the lowest value.Moreover,in the range nm 70-180,the doped polyamide fabric has the highest UPF index and the maximum contact angle of the polyamide fabric is 128.9°.To sum up,the fluorescence effect of two yellow fluorescent dyes in l four fluorescent dyes studied in this paper is better than that of two acidic fluorescent dyes,which can make the fabric achieve a good fluorescence effect.At the same time,the prepared Ag/Co-TiO2 as the main material of anti-ultraviolet finishing agent can endow nylon fabric with a good UV frequency closure performance and good hydrophobicity.
