| Chilo suppressalis,belonging to Lepidoptera and Pythidae,is the most common and most serious rice pest in rice fields in China.It is distributed in all rice planting areas in China,and causes consistent damage over the whole rice growth cycle.At present,the control method of Chilo suppressalis is chemical pesticide insecticidal control,but because of the long-term irrational use of pesticides,the resistance of Chilo suppressalis is increased,and the content of pesticide residues in crops is increased,which has adverse effects on environmental pollution and human health.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the safe and environmentally compatible green booby traps for rice stem borer pests to reduce environmental pollution and enhance life health.Insect pheromone is a micro-chemical substance secreted by organisms to affect the physiological and behavioral responses of other organisms in vitro.Chilo suppressalis pheromone is a kind of green pesticide which can induce male moth to mate after sexual maturation and is secreted by special glands and released into vitro.There are three components: Z-11-hexadecenal,Z-13-octadecenal,Z-9-hexadecenal.Chilo suppressalis pheromone can be synthesized artificially.At present,there are related studies at home and abroad,but there are still some problems.Such as low yield,high synthesis cost and harsh reaction conditions,the product proportion is not easy to control and so on.Therefore,it is very important to explore the synthesis methods of high yield,low cost and easy operation for the effective control of Chilo suppressalis.In this paper,based on the existing research,further optimization and improvement have been made in the synthesis method,sex pheromone compoundmaking trap core and so on.The application of synthetic pheromone in the field was tested in order to provide a theoretical basis for the control of Chilo suppressalis.The following experiments were carried out and the corresponding results were obtained:1.A general synthetic route of Chilo suppressalis pheromone was obtained,and the synthesis of three target compounds was realized by using commonly available α,ω-diol as the starting material and alkyne selective reduction route.The synthesis method is simple in operation,mild in reaction conditions,single in product structure and total yield above 45%.2.The effect of different entrapment on entrapment was significantly different.Through the field experiment of the traditional plastic capillary core and microencapsulation paste core,it was found that the microencapsulation core has better effect.3.Field trapping experiments in Jilin area showed that sex pheromone compounds can not only be used as a tool to predict the occurrence of pests,but also can be used in a large number of trapping experiments in the field. |
