Research On Heavy Metal Pollution In Changzhutan Area Grain And Its Countermeasures

With the development of the market economy and the improvement of living standards,people's demands on material life are also getting higher and higher.But with the changing food environment at home and abroad,the connotation of food security is constantly enriched.Hunan Province is known as the "hometown of fish and rice" and the "hometown of non-ferrous metals," but the abundant mineral resources have brought rich economic benefits to Hunan Province.At the same time,the development and expansion of mining and mining have allowed heavy metals to infiltrate into soil and water.It severely damaged the surrounding ecological system and caused the accumulation of heavy metals in arable land,which in turn caused the pollution of heavy metals in grain.Since the outbreak of the "cadmium rice" crisis in Hunan Province in 2013,people have talked about cadmium rice and the grain industry in Hunan Province has been hit hard.Hunan province is the main grain-producing area and one of the most serious areas of heavy metal pollution of cultivated land.In order to comprehensively and effectively control the arable land contaminated by heavy metals and meet the strict requirements of people's rations,the party and the government are actively promoting the repair and treatment of heavy metals in arable land.To this end,Hunan Province has launched a three-year(2014-2017)pilot project on remediation of heavy metal pollution in cultivated land in Chang-Zhu-Tan area.This article is based on this background and relies on the pilot project on remediation of heavy metal pollution from cultivated land in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.The pilot project has been completed and is now in the stage of follow-up and summary,so as to fully understand the effectiveness of the implementation of the entire pilot project.Prepare for the comprehensive promotion of heavy metal management in the follow-up arable land.This paper first introduces the concept related to the pilot project,expounds the source of heavy metals in grain and their limited standards in food and dietary evaluation,as well as the significance of studying the pollution of heavy metals in grain.Then the present situation of grain heavy metal pollution in changsha-zhu-tan area was studied,and the situation of the division of heavy metal pollution in cultivated land and the problems in the production and circulation of grain were studied.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the grain production situation in changsha-zhu-tan area through macroscopic data,investigates the farmers 'understanding of the pollution of heavy metals in cultivated land and their willingness to control it,the situation of grain banks and the purchase quantity and sales trend of grain in grain processing enterprises.Based on the advanced experience of heavy metal pollution control abroad and the existing problems,the paper finally puts forward some suggestions on the treatment of heavy metal pollution in Changzhu-Xiangtan area.
