In recent years,due to the increasingly prominent contradiction between the world's population and the land resources,plant factories have received unprecedented attention and are developing rapidly.Because plant factories are facilities agricultural production system that is not affected by natural conditions,and plants can't grow without light,and with the development of semiconductor technology,LED become the best choice for artificial light supplement because of its advantages such as adjustable light spectrum,so the LED light supplement system for plant factory is becoming a hot spot of research.Because different plants require different light environment at different growth stages,so in order to provide suitable light environment for plants in plant factories and implement intelligent light supplement for the LED light supplement system of the plant factory,we need to study the light recipe and light supplement mode of plants,to establish plant light recipe library.Meanwhile,with the advent of 4G era and the popularization of mobile terminals,mobile remote monitoring has become the development feature of intelligent plant factories.The main contents of the thesis including: In combination with the demand analysis of the LED light supplement system of plant factory,the design of the system's overall scheme is made up of three parts: LED completion module,communication module and terminal module.The whole system realizes intelligent complementary light according to the complementary optical strategy,namely,the LED lighting module calls the light recipe of the plant light recipe library,and the light environment parameters are set up according to the light recipe to fill the plants.The communication protocol is developed to realize the communication between terminal module and LED completion module.Based on MySQL,the plant light recipe library was designed.Because of the different plant species,the light of the corresponding recipe is also different,for the convenience of the study,take orchids as an example,study the light recipe and the fill light mode,and the LED light source module for the design and simulation.In order to realize remote monitoring of LED lighting system in plant factories,a client with two modes of B/S and C/S is developed based on the Android platform.The client can remotely monitor the plant's LED lighting system in WiFi mode,GPRS mode and SMS mode.Client also design history module,timing module and plant light recipe library module,the module is by downloading the history data and data analysis to get the plant plant lighting environment parameters trend chart and fill light situation analysis,timely processing plant in the factory fill light deficiency or excess problem;The timing module is to realize automatic completion by setting the opening length and cycle days of each LED filling lamp;The plant light formula library module is to remotely control LED completion module by calling the light recipe in plant light recipe library,and realize intelligent control of LED lighting system in plant factory.
