The cable is one of the key hardware facilities of underground power supply system in coal mine.The safe operation of cable determines the safe operation of underground power supply system in coal mine,which determines the orderly and safe development of underground production in coal mine.At the same time,it can also avoid damage to the safety of life and property of underground personnel.Cable in the daily operation process is the most prone to failure is leakage fault and Arc fault,in which Arc fault is the biggest threat to downhole production work failure,coal mine underground fire accidents are mostly due to the cable connector has an arc failure.Among them,most of the Arc faults are damaged by the external insulation of the cable joints,caused by the current breakdown of the insulating layer.In view of the above situation,this paper puts forward the Arc fault monitoring system of underground cable joint in coal mine to monitor the operation condition of cable joints.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant research background,significance and present situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the main work of this paper.By establishing the simulation model of Arc fault of underground cable joint in coal mine,the variation characteristics of the relevant parameters in the event of Arc failure are analyzed.The cable joint part always accompanies the local temperature rise phenomenon before the arc failure occurs.Therefore,this paper proposes to monitor the Arc fault of the cable joint by monitoring the operating temperature of the cable joint.The current and voltage prediction of the cable joint is added,taking into account the current flowing through the cable connector and the influence of the two ends voltage on the cable connector temperature.Secondly,the early warning method of cable joint Arc fault is put forward.According to the historical temperature of cable joints,the future temperature is predicted,and the operation of cable joints is judged by the comparison and analysis of two kinds of temperature data.The temperature prediction algorithm is also optimized so that it can achieve better prediction effect on the normal operation of the cable and the temperature under the condition of fault operation.Reduce the prediction temperature error and improve the accuracy of system fault warning.Finally,the simulation experiment of Arc fault of underground cable joint in coal mine is established,and the feasibility of Arc fault monitoring system proposed in this paper is verified by simulating arc fault under different working conditions.There are 57 figures,16 tables and 56 references in this paper.
